No doubt that if you’re reading this you are already aware of the heating and energy efficiency grants available on the Government led ECO3 Grants Scheme. If not then hopefully we can give you a little information to help you better understand the scheme and all that it has to offer. There’s some exciting changes coming to the scheme for 2020 including Full Central Heating Grants.
How do you qualify for ECO funding?
To qualify for the funding available then you must meet the qualifying criteria set by the scheme. Let us explain,
Funding is available to Homeowners across the UK who are in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits OR live with somebody who is in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits including the newly added CHILD BENEFIT*. In some cases you may qualify if you are renting your property from a Landlord, for example if you live in a property with an energy rating of E or F and currently have no central heating system installed. We would need to install separate energy efficiency measures alongside the central heating system such as insulation measures. Electric Storage Heaters Grants
Grants are now available to replace Electric Storage Heaters in properties that have no gas supply and properties located in rural areas. Insulation Grants
Some properties qualify for insulation measures alongside a boiler replacement and some properties may ONLY qualify for boiler funding if certain insulation measures are installed beforehand. Insulation Grants available are

Boiler Replacement Grants
Grants are still available to replace your inefficient Gas boiler with a brand new energy efficient one. Saving you money on your heating bills. The cost of your boiler replacement could be heavily subsidised with a grant from the ECO3 Scheme. The Grants are non repayable and have already helped thousands of homes across the UK to manage their energy bills.
Solid Fuel & LPG
If you use solid fuel or LPG to heat your home then there are grants available to help you in 2020. There are more grants available than ever before with boiler replacements, full central heating systems and insulation grants available to those living in rural areas. How To Apply & What Happens Next

Once your application is received, one of our friendly Applications Team will call to discuss your options for funding. We will then arrange for your completely free survey to be carried out at a time convenient to you. One of our friendly Surveyors will call at your property to assess your heating needs. This takes around 40 minutes to complete. After Survey we will call you to discuss your heating/boiler options and arrange a date for your install.
