First-time central heating installations are now available under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme. Currently, FTCH for grants are being prioritised for more efficient households that are cheaper to run and healthier to live in.
Some properties do not have central heating systems with a boiler and radiators. If you’re a homeowner or a tenant without a central heating system then you may now be able to get 100% funding towards an FTCH installation. Do I Qualify for a Free Central Heating Grant?
If you are in receipt of a Tax Credit or Universal Credit, your grant eligibility will be subject to a maximum income amount which is based on how many adults and children live in your home. Please contact us to find out more or see the tables below.

If your home needs loft and cavity insulation we may also be able to offer this either free or at a reduced rate.
Subject to survey, limited funding, terms and conditions. In some cases, the boiler grants are not enough to make the works completely free and a contribution may be required.
