Full Central Heating & Boiler Grants For Homeowners & Tenants
Heating grants have been available on the Government ECO Scheme for a number of years. 2020 has seen some major changes to the funding options available. This meaning that we can now install a Gas first time central heating system in properties where one is not already present. The usual qualifying criteria is still applicable to the grant qualification process. In short applicants would need to receive one of the following benefits to qualify. If you are a Landlord or a Tenant then the property must have an EPC rating of F or G. If no EPC is present then we may still be able to help.

I heat my home with electric panel heaters, can I get first time central heating?
YES! If you live in a property that uses panel heaters to heat the home then you must apply today for funding. This funding pot is limited and we cannot guarantee it will be available in the future. The ECO Scheme updates regularly, don’t miss your chance to claim your funding. Panel heaters are extremely inefficient and expensive to run. I do not have a heating system at my property, can I get first time central heating?
YES! If you live in a property that has no central heating system in place then you need to apply for your funding today. Properties with no heating system and an EPC stating this are the ideal candidates for the ECO grants. Especially if your property is situated in an area with mains gas running to it. Not to worry if there is no mains gas to the lane, we can still look at a possible LPG tank system for you.
I’m a Landlord or Letting Agent. Can I apply?
YES! If you own a tenanted property that has an EPC rating F or G OR a propety that does not have an EPC then we may be able to help you and your Tenant to receive the funding. Contact us for more information regarding possible funding available. Your Tenant will need to be in receipt of a qualifying benefit.
